The rules for using EssFX, your member account and community features.
Purpose of the platform
EssFX provides broker research, comparison tools, news and educational content. It is not a broker and does not execute trades or hold trading deposits. Information, lessons, analyses and signals do not promise a return or replace an assessment of your own circumstances.
Your account and access
Lessons and the indicator/EA catalogue require registration, email confirmation and approval. Keep your details accurate and your credentials private. Telegram signals and analyses have separate access rules. A registration alone does not unlock every member feature.
Reviews, evidence and responsible use
Share truthful accounts of your own experience and provide evidence when making a complaint. Do not publish another person's private details, offensive content, spam or misleading claims. Reviews may be held for clarification, rejected or removed. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service or upload malicious files.
Tools, downloads and data
Check platform compatibility, contract specifications and the inputs of each calculation. Test indicators and EAs in a demo environment before considering live use. Downloads and data may depend on third parties; availability, execution prices and uninterrupted updates are not guaranteed.
External companies and partnerships
Opening an account, buying a challenge or using an external service is subject to that company's agreement, eligibility rules and costs. EssFX may receive affiliate compensation. A listing, link or commercial relationship does not guarantee a company's performance, a withdrawal or a profit.
Privacy, corrections and questions
The privacy page explains account data, browser storage and optional external content. Use Contact for corrections, advertising enquiries or questions about these terms; members can also use the private support chat. These rules do not remove rights provided by applicable law.
